Obviously you did some research to find the best company to insure your car, so ask them about the boat too. If they don't carry coverage, perhaps they can suggest someone who does.
Is it really so hard to believe that there are people out there who value their happiness more than money and wealth; and they'd be more than willing to give up all their money just to be happy? Rose was a strong-willed woman who didn't share the same views as her snobbish mother, and her fiance who was a controlling bastard. If it's nuts for her to want love and happiness more than riches beyond her wildest dreams then, yeah, Rose is "nuts". To me, nuts would have been her choosing to stay with a man who likes to beat up women just because he has money. It's really not worth it.

When they say that they will cover the "Medicare global rate" are they talking about doctor or hospital fees? Or both?
Also, does it say if they contract with the doctors and/or hospitals to actually ACCEPT the Medicare rates? If they don't contract with doctors and/or hospitals, then you will have to pay the balance remaining after the insurance.
(I'll try to look up the rates when I have time, but for now I just wanted to give you some additional questions to think about…)

You need a probate attorney to represent your interests and get a full accounting of the estate. You can't do it yourself.
