OK, what you have described is NOT "top coverage" in my opinion. $5k medical doesn't take you very far these days. $100,000 property damage is barely adequate, and $100/$300 bodily injury, well, if you own a house, you're going to lose it if you seriously hurt someone. That's NOT enough for a homeowner, especially if your house is worth more than $100,000.
You didn't mention uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, or any physical damages.
You PROBABLY need to sit down with your agent and discuss everything.

That's because there aren't any.
There's no one top "best" insurer, as "best" is in the eye of the beholder. To many people, it means cheapest.
