Unfortunately whiplash is a common condition suffered by hundreds of thousands of people in the UK every year. It is thought that 1 in 5 people involved in a car crash in which their car is hit from behind suffers from a whiplash injury from one degree to another. The effects vary greatly from mild to severe and can be painful and distressing for any sufferer. But how does whiplash injury occur

Well we all knew the republicans are on the side of big banks lets see how long they can stretch out voting no oh I am being silly it is all they do lol. no no no no sick of paying them to nothing at all and vote no no no big banks love you republicans and you no no no.
unless the laws change the insurance companies will keep escalating the premiums as long as these non provable claims are allowed/write to your rep in parliament and get after it/nj had the same kind of laws and changed them in 1999 and if you have soft tissue damage/muscles etc you can only get paid for the actual medical/if you have all your body parts you are out/since then insurance has come down dramatically and insurers came back into the state
I had cause to make such a claim (undisputed) a few years ago. The incident was towards the end of December. I wasn't invited to see an independent doctor on behalf of the insurers until April, long after the pain and lack of mobility had gone. I was awarded some compensation a few weeks after that.
In a previous accident for whiplash, I recieved £2000. But my paRtner has been waiting 3 years as she yet to still have treatment following this, Which has caused the delay. Normally, a claim can take a couple of months to years, depending on the complixity. Do not accept less than than £1800 at least.
Im sorry, this is a bit confusing, In order to see that your rights, and your best interests are followed, you should have contacted your insurance company as soon as this happened. This is what you pay your insurance company for, to work out all those little details, while you can take the time to recover without worrying about the car, the current medical, and the future medical problems.
You mentioned the other insurance party in the beginning, and then say "they" want to meet with me the other insurance company.??? who is they? and is there more than one insurance company?
You do not have to settle ANYTHING RIGHT THIS MOMENT!!! OK?? IN FACT, I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT AGREE, AND DO NOT SIGN ANY FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS OF ANY KIND.
And this is why, the normal progression of events is You would turn this over to YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Your vehicle would be assessed, and then repaired, or totaled and replaced. While this is happening you are resting and healing. Meanwhile weeks pass, generally there are no offers to settle until you are as completely recovered as possible (meaning as close to 100% of normal for you)
Then, at some point all your medical bills are totaled up, and the insurance company would make an offer approximately 3 to 4 TIMES THE TOTAL MEDICAL, OK?
FROM what you are saying, you are still in the process of healing, have not even begun any physical therapy, and are still in pain and wondering about your complete recovery, The only reason the other insurance company would want to settle sooner, not later, is to try to get you to settle this case and save themselves a lot of money. Please, do not sell yourself short, You should let your insurance company in on the progress immediately, and if necessary due to ongoing physical problems, retain an attorney to protect your interests the best.
Trying to get you to settle early before all the information is in with the medical can leave you hanging out to dry with expensive medical bills and no money to pay medical or survive. Best of luck, take care.

You’ve almost certainly heard quite a bit of talk over the last few weeks and months about whiplash solicitors, and the concept of making a whiplash personal injury claim. Unfortunately one of the main reasons why this area has been so much in the news is because of the very few people who have been fraudulently abusing the system by staging fake accidents and then claiming damages. The sad truth is that whiplash is no laughing matter and definitely no game. Those people who have ever suffered from whiplash will know only too well just how debilitating it is. For those who have yet to experience a whiplash personal injury it’s easy to assume that the symptoms are limited to a slightly sore neck for a few days, but this is often very far fr …whiplash solicitors, whiplash claim Manchester
