First and foremost, you have to know that you can never and I mean never just stop taking Effexor. Anytime you go off of an anti-depressant, you must be weaned slowly and especially after 10 yrs, this is a must. There are some anti-depressants that doctors recommend the patient switch drugs (Zoloft is one of them) but millions of women become pregnant and take anti-depressants during their pregnancy.
Your first step would be to see your OB/GYN and talk about the drug. They will tell you if it is unsafe. Remember it is very common for infertility to be unexplained. If you really feel Effexor is the cause of not getting pregnant, just know you can not stop cold turkey and will need time to wean.
Many insurance companies do cover mental health and some cover infertility but it is harder to find one that will cover infertility. Call the 1 800 on the back of your card and they can advise you if either are covered.

You're missing something.
See, people have been adding girlfriends and kids that aren't theirs, to their insurance policies – calling them spouses and their own children. This is insurance fraud.
To verify that your girlfriend really IS your wife, you need to show the marriage certificate. You need to show that the children are yours, by showing the birth certificate or adoption papers.
"Dependents" who are illegally on your policy, will be removed. How do they prove that they aren't really a dependent? They can't – so they request you to provide proof that they legally ARE a dependent.
