what you don’t realize is that by not giving you answers it ends up exposing your crooked tendencies. You just posted that BTID only sometimes beats Whole Life and that you have provided PROOF. If that proof is your distorted numbers of whole life projections that are based on non guaranteed dividends which are nothing more than an insurance company overcharging the customers (This information from the federal government). I have no reason to admit being wrong these last few weeks.

DO NOT have them garnish her life insurance money. Hospitals always make mistakes on the bills. Ask for an itemized bill from the hospital and then pay what you actually owe to the hospital after the family gets the life insurance $, and double check before you request the money from life insurance that it is tax free.

What's this executor up to? Who has power of attorney? This sounds fishy. If your friend still gets the bill, I say your friend needs to make and keep a copy of all bills and contact the insurance company on his own. If he gets no where, he may have to consider to "move" the executor via a lawyer's "help".
