If your Father left a Will then it may have gone to Probate. You would need a solicitor and it would cost a fortune. Move on there is little you can do.
You are only responsible for yourself. So whatever you can to protect yourself, and point him to some places that can help him. Then protect yourself by whatever means necessary, change locks if he has key, get mace/pepper spray, etc. Do not return his calls or talk to him, that will only make him think he can change your mind.
