NO, NO, NO!!! You cannot file a lawsuit against the other driver's insurance company. The insurance company did not crash into you and has not liability to you. If you sue them, they are going to get it dismissed and then they might try to get you for their legal fees for the work done to get it dismissed against them.

The Defendants are the driver of the vehicle AND the company that employed him.

The problem you will have is getting them served since the are all out of state. The rules for serving people out of state is very complicated and can vary by state to state. I would consult with an attorney in your state to get an understanding of the proper way to serve an out of state Defendant.

I do not practice a lot of civil law, but I think from the information you gave her, you can name your husband and yourself as Plaintiffs. However, you son must come to the court hearing. He and the other witness are the only ones that can give a version of events of the crash. You and your husband cannot. You and your husband will also have to be in court to establish you own the car.

a licensed CSR is only a glorified clerk ,sadly, what's already been reported 18M-23M, i was licensed agent/CSR for 30 yrs and only got 25M, even though a CSR does all the work, if you want to make some money in the ins business you'll have to become fulltime agent and work outside the office

Insurance is run by Departments of Insurance in each state, so do a dearch for California Insurance department and it will give you the requirements for a license.

    Good luck!

I don't think there is a minimum or maximum value, it's usually a calculated as percentage of the value of the sale though that price does seem a little high. A good broker would normally tell you the fees and how they are calculated before you commit to anything. Shopping online is really the best way to get the lowest price, most will provide free quotes and no brokerage fees. You could try somewhere like and see how much difference shopping online can make!

Auto insurance brokers. Auto insurance brokers are greater than acquiring quotes from only one “big name corporation.” Why? Due to the fact many – if not most – auto insurance firms use your credit historical past when factoring the amount they charge you. Their reasoning is the fact that you can find a connection among [...]

What your broker is doing is illegal. He can not force you to get auto insurance in order to keep your homeowners insurance. All the broker or company needs to do is reinspect the home with photos and they will renew your policy.

After 7 years of a claim you should have no problem getting other insurance. I don't like the fact the broker threatened you in that way. I would switch agents if you want to stay with the same company or switch companies.

And, you might file a complaint with the Department of Insurance in your state for the agent saying you have to switch your auto insurance. That is unethical.
